The purpose of this initial consultation is to get to know you, your family, and your vision for your birth!

We will review any questions you might have about what I can offer to you as your birth doula and decide if I would be a good addition to your team!

This meeting can be held in your home, at a local café, or virtually via Zoom.

Day or night you can reach out with any questions or concerns about your pregnancy, labor, or birth up to 3 weeks postpartum! Save yourself from endless googling and sleepless nights!

Our Prenatal Visits will take place in your home where we will address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pregnancy and birth.

If this is your first baby you might have alot of questions! Not to worry, we will provide plenty of evidence based resources and work together to craft your Birth and Postpartum Plans.

We will also review basic childbirth education and practice prenatal yoga, labor aiding exercise, as well as physical & emotional comfort measures to be used during labor.

Starting at 38 weeks gestation I will be ready to meet you at home or in the hospital as soon as labor begins and remain with you a maximum of 2 hours after the birth.

During labor I will be there to provide physical and emotional support as needed.

Although I am not a professional photographer I am willing to take pictures if you should desire!

During this visit we will take time to process your birth and address any questions you have about breastfeeding/formula feeding, baby wearing, diapering, and more!

I will also provide referrals to local specialists based on your individual postpartum needs.

These sessions can take place either in the comfort of your own home, in a studio setting, or virtually.

They will focus on your specific physical and emotional needs.

You will receive a keepsake piece of handmade pottery to commemorate your birth!
