Our first meeting can be held in your home, a local café, or virtually; I will meet you wherever you feel the most comfortable.

This is a chance for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you, your family, and your vision for this birth!

We will talk through any questions you might have about my birth philosophy, offerings, and approach to doula support, so that you can best determine whether or not I would be a good fit for your birth team.

Immediately upon hire, you will have access to me, day or night, to ask any questions about your pregnancy, labor, birth, or postpartum.

Whether its a quick question via text or a little 2 am phone call for a bit of reassurance, your peace is my priority.

Birth demands that you feel completely comfortable with the people you choose to support you in that space.

These visits allow me to get to know you, your partner, and your birth vision intimately and for all of us to forge a bond before walking into your birth together.

A private comprehensive Childbirth Education Class is included as part of my doula services and highly recommended for all first time parents.

I will go “on call” at 37 weeks and when the time comes to bring your baby earthside, I will be ready to join you as soon as you desire my presence. I will remain at your side through your labor, birth, and those blissful golden hours.

During our time together I will be there to hold you, hold space, advocate for you, help your partner to better support you, rock you, encourage you, reassure you, squeeze your hands and your hips, press a cool rag to your forehead, braid your hair, offer you sips of water and bites of food, witness your hard work, spend the first moments of postpartum at your side, and otherwise support you in any way that you might need as you navigate the transformative process that is labor and birth.

I offer birth photography as an optional add-on service to any doula client who should desire their birth captured on film.

The benefit of combining both doula and photography services is that you can keep your birth team smaller and thus the birth space more intimate.

Edited birth photography albums are sent to your email within two weeks of your birth!

Often forgotten, the postpartum period is where I believe women desire and deserve the most support.

These visits take place in the first few days and weeks after your birth.

We will take time to process your birth story together, talk through the challenges and joys of the postpartum period, and celebrate your first moments of motherhood.

If necessary, I can provide direct referrals to local specialists based on your individual postpartum needs.

Birth Doula: $1,000.

Birth Doula & Birth Photography: $1,800.

HOWEVER

I wholeheartedly believe that everyone who desires my support deserves it, regardless of their financial circumstances.

If your current budget cannot accommodate my listed rates, please do not hesitate to reach out!

We will find an option that works within your family’s fiscal limits.
